The joint venture will develop a visual information platform utilizing the latest web architecture. Following prototype development, the platform will become commercially available. “The purpose of the MOU is to create and expand a framework of cooperation between Hyperspring and Webworld Technologies. Together we will mutually develop content rich, web based applications with the intent of improving process efficiencies in any industrial environment.
